シュラスコ・レストランはシュラスカリアと呼ばれるブラジルで人気のレストラン。

焼きたてジューシーな大きなお肉をシュラスケイロがテーブルを廻りサーブいたします。

牛、豚、鶏、羊など「15種類」以上の部位の他、焼きチーズや焼きパイナップルまでバリエーションが豊富です。

客席の中心には大きなブッフェががり、ブラジル人のソウルフード「フェイジョアーダ」をはじめとするブラジル料理、パルミット（ヤシの芽）等のサラダバー、デザートまで。マンジョーカから作ったモチモチのチーズパンなど、全てホジージオスタイル（食べ放題）でお楽しみいただけます。
